What is the earliest I can check-in?
Standard check-in time is 2pm, but do call as earlier may be possible.

Can I arrive late?
Yes, please give us a call if you want to arrive after 7.30pm.

Are your rooms non-smoking?
Yes, all rooms at Maldon’s Eaglehawk Motel are non-smoking.

Are you pet friendly?
To be individually negotiated with owner.

Do you have a restaurant?
No, but catering can be provided by the Chef/Owner to groups upon request.

Do you have wireless internet in guest rooms?
No, most guests have their own internet access, but a 4G wifi hotspot is available if the internet is needed.

Do you have an outdoor entertainment area?
Yes, we have a garden BBQ area and a swimming pool.

How close are you to the shops?
1-minute drive or a leisurely 10 minute walk to our historic main street.

How close are you to restaurants?
1-minute drive or a leisurely 10-minute walk to a variety of cafes, restaurants and hotels.

What is your Cancellation Policy?
Bookings may be cancelled free of penalty but no later than 5 days in advance. If a booking is cancelled within that 5 day period then a fee of 30% of the total cost for that booking is appplied. A same day cancellation attracts the application of a fee of 100% of the total cost for the booking.
